ITG Jordan Signing ceremony of "student's training program" Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PETRA UNIVERSITY and the INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY GROUP (ITG)
Petra University believes in the importance and the integration between Academic institutions and the local, Arab, and international markets. Thus, Petra University represented by the vice president Prof. Marwan Al-Muwalla has just signed a memorandum of Understanding for "E-Business and Commerce" and "Management Information System" majors' students' training program with the ITG represented by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ali Al-Sadi.
The dean of the Faculty of Administrative and financial sciences Dr. Rariq Omar, the head of both E-Business and Commerce and Management Information Systems departments Dr. Faisal Abu Rub, Mrs. Lama Omar the lecturer at E-Business and Commerce, and Mr. Ramzi Abu Shaweesh the computer labs technician from Petra University attended the signing ceremony. On the other side, ITG attendance represented by Mr. Mohammad Nassar the head of Production department, the head of Business Development department Mr. Basel Quteishat, Mrs. Shatha Al-Daqqaq the coordinator of Business Development department and Mrs. Dalia Hamdan from Business Development department
Both Prof. Al-Muwalla and Mr. Al-Sadi praised the effort of each other thanking the role they both play in connecting academic institutions to the market.
An initial plan has been prepared to include a training schedule for both E-Business and Commerce students at the Business Development department, and the Management Information System students at the Production department, as a first step towards a further collaboration between both parties.
Besides, both sides assigned a liaison to track feedbacks from both trainers and trainee in order to develop the learning process at the Jordanian institutions.
